2025-2026 Fall Audition Announcement
The Sunnyside Symphony will be accepting auditions for the following positions:
● Trumpet 3/assistant Principal
● Oboe 3/EH
Auditions will take place on Sunday, November 2. Interested parties who are unable to attend those dates are encouraged to contact SSO to arrange for an alternate audition date (generally, prior to a scheduled rehearsal). Please note that there is no guarantee that there will still be openings available following the scheduled auditions. Please contact Personnel Manager, Catherine Williams (Catherine@sunnysidesymphony.com) to arrange an audition time, or ask any questions you may have. Please reserve your audition spot October 20, 2025. Inquiries after that time may be accepted, but are not guaranteed a slot.
The Sunnyside Symphony Orchestra is a volunteer orchestra that rehearses at the Sunnyside Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Southeast Portland. Rehearsals take place on Sunday evenings from 6:30pm to 9:00pm.
